In the dynamically changing reality, the key ability is not only adaptation but also the capacity to anticipate and proactively shape the future. This is the fundamental idea behind our book. The most efficient way to cope with dynamic changes in the cultural sector is to develop one’s own pro-development scenarios for institutions.
